Using html editors give you great flexibility in building/maintaining your SBI!
website. And, SBI!'s new HTML page uploader capability means that your have
nearly unlimited capability to customize the look and feel of your site.
I started using my favorite HTML editor (FrontPage) with my first SBI!
site -- long before Site Sell added the HTML page upload functionality to SBI!.
I built my pages using my editor, then copied all the HTML between the <body>
</body> tags into an Insert Text block just below the heading in the One Page At
A Time page builder.
I do recommend to my clients that they use HTML editors. They often ask which
one they should use. I have one client who tried to start with Dreamweaver
-- and that was a mistake. I use it, and especially its Fireworks graphic editor
companion. However, it is not for the newbie. FrontPage is much easier for
getting started. BBEDIT and Contribute, were highly praised in the
November Issue of MacWorld.
But, for those who invested in SBI! because it did not require technical
knowledge, using any of these editors demands an investment of your valuable
time and resources to become, in part, a techie.

summary of HTML tags you can use to customize your pages (see

become a techie -- but want to have a customized look and feel (developed for
you by one of SBI!'s Certified Webmasters) AND maintain your own site, here is
how to do it.
